83 Piccadilly is a premium office development set in the heart of London's Piccadilly, opposite Green Park. In order to market the site to potential customers, who would rent the office space, a web site was needed that would help position the building as a high-quality office with great facilities in a perfect location. The site needed to have a modern urban chic that would appeal to the discerning nature of the clientele, and provide information about the building and its facilities. I developed the graphic language as a grid pattern, allowing for the seamless integration of images and copy in a such a way that would encourage exploration of each page of the site.
